Assumption of Risk, Release, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

Theundersignedassumes all responsibility for and all risk of damage, injury or loss that may occur to the undersigned or the undersigned’s property while attending and/or participating in any horse show or competition, or other event or activity organized by, conducted by or otherwise sponsored by the Cedar county Saddle Club, Incorporated, hereafter referred to at the “CLUB”.

In consideration of being allowed to attend or participate in any such horse show or competition, the undersigned releases and discharges the CLUB and itsofficers and agents and the owners and/or tenants or any property, real or personal, used by the CLUB and/or its members in the aforementioned activities, from all claims, demands, or rights of causes of action present or future, whether known, anticipated or unanticipated, which results from, arise out of or which are incident to the undersigned’s attendance at or participation in aforementioned activities or the undersigned’s use of said property in said activities.

In consideration of being allowed to attend or participate in any such horse showor competition, theundersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CLUB, its officers or agents, and the owners and/or tenants or any property, real or personal, used in such activities, from the claims, demands, and rights of causes of action, present or future, anticipated or unanticipated, or any other person, including but not limited to the undersigned’s spouse and heirs, which result from, arise out of, or which are incident to the undersigned’s use of said property.

The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CLUB, its officers or agents, and the owners and/or tenants or any property, real or personal, used in the aforementioned activities, from the claims, demands, and rights of causes of action, present or future, anticipated or unanticipated, of any person, which result from, arise out of, or which are incident to the attendance at or participation in the aforementioned activities or the use of said property by any member of the undersigned’s household, including, but not limited to, the undersigned’s children.
