  • Noon – 6:00 pm Campers Arrive on the Grounds

Monday, July 8

  • 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 4-H Static Judging
  • Noon – 4:00 pm Floral Hall – Entries accepted from the following: Photography, Textiles & Hand Work, Arts & Crafts, Welding, Woodworking, and Robotics – Open & Junior Class
  • 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm Everyone can bring ALL livestock equipment/tents and set up stalls (No additional security will be on the grounds)

Tuesday, July 9

  • 7:00 am – 9:00 am 4-H/FFA Swine arrive on grounds (option 1) – HORSE EXHIBITORS ONLY may bring Beef, Bucket, Bottle, Sheep, Goats – Vet Checks upon arrival – Stay on Trailers
  • 8:00 am – 11:00 am 4-H Food Stand Open
  • 8:00 am – Noon Floral Hall Check-In: Welding – Open & Junior Class (Judging at 2:00 pm), Woodworking – Open & Junior Class (Judging at 3:00 pm)
