Ready to camp at the Cedar County Fairgrounds? We are excited to have you! Please complete the online application with payment for your event below. Event Registration generally opens 2-3 months prior to the event so check back regularly for updates.
Pre Registration is not required for Spring Fling Races. Spots are first-come, first-served. Pay the attendant at the gate.
Please note that spots are not transferrable or guaranteed until you have a reservation notice from the Fair Board.
While we try to prioritize returning campers, camp spots are non-transferable. If you “give away” your spot without permission, you may be taken off the camping priority list for the next year.
Camping forms will Open May 1, 2025.
Fall Bash Camping Applications will open August 1, 2025.
Please note that actual camper electrical hookups are limited and all other campers will need to bring a power converter for 110 or 220 outlets.
The Cedar County Fair Association allows camping on the grounds during the spring, summer, and fall months when there are no events going on on the grounds. If you would like to stay at the fairgrounds please reach out to use at thecedarcountyfair@gmail.com.
