Vendor Information

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that this is not a guarantee of space and that the vendor coordinator will review my submission and get back to me with the status of my application in a timely manner. You also acknowledge that this year we are asking that all vendors please break down any and all carboard and containers you bring into the grounds and put them in the dumpsters, rather than placing your trash cans that are set out for public use. In the past it has caused too much garbage in the food court area. We will also have available for you, a dumpster/reservoir for your used grease/oil only. We will show you that location once we have you in place in the food court. We will again be appointing arrival times for you on Sunday, July 6, between 12 pm – 4 pm, as to best fit all vendors chosen into place. This has become very important as we have had problems with late arrivals the few years getting them into the correct position in the food court area. This application is available to all who show and have shown interest in renting a vendor space. Vendors will be chosen in a lottery format, as we have had a tremendous amount of interest from new vendors. After the deadline, all application will be reviewed for complete information and a lottery drawing will determine the vendors chose. Your vendor space will be confirmed once we have your signed application, payment, proof of current insurance, current licensing, and full fair menu, including pricing. Failure to provide any of these materials will void any application/contract. Any applicant not chose will have their information and vendor fees (minus the credit card convenience fee) returned.
