Fair Food Vendors - Important Information

Plans are underway for the 2025 Cedar County Fair which will start on Wednesday, July 9th and end on Sunday, July 13th. We appreciate you interest in being a part of this year's fair by having your food truck in our food court or grove area. To apply for a space please see the requirements listed below and fill out the information requested. Submitting this application does not guarantee space is available. Applicants will be notified of the status of application in a timely manner after the return deadline.
  • Please advise us on the space required for your display area. *(Please bring your own accessories such as: extension cords, water hose, lights, adapters, etc.).
  • Vendor space fee is $600.00
  • Arrival Sunday (7/6) between 12 pm - 4 pm with a set arrival time with the fair board prior to the fair.
  • Daily Load/Unload Hours: 6 am - Noon Mon-Fri; 6 am - 10 am Sat & Sun
  • Sunday (7/13) you may dismantle your display area and remove all of your materials at a time that will be negotiable, based on activity on the grounds. A fairboard member must be contacted and present to assist with your trailer removal.
  • We will have dumpsters available to you for disposal of materials. These dumpsters will also be available for your daily use. We ask that you please use the dumpsters daily and not the trash cans available to the public. Please keep you area clean of all debris. We ask that you break down carboard boxes before placing them in the dumpsters.
  • You will need to purchase your own tickets for entrance to the fair. These will not be provided as part of this contract. You can order your season passes online or pay daily the gate.
  • The Cedar County Fair Association and/or Fair Board Directors will not be held responsible for accidents or theft.
  • Contracts must be received in the fair office BY April 1, 2025.
  • This application is available to all who show and have shown interest in renting a vendor space. Vendors will be chosen in a lottery format, as we have had a tremendous amount of interest from new vendors. After the dealine, all applicantions will be reviewed for complete information and a lottery drawing will determine the vendors chosen. Your vendor space will be confirmed once we have your signed application, payment, proof of current insrance, current licensing, and full fair menu, including pricing. Failure to provide any of these materials will void any contract.
  • Any application not chosen will have their information and vendor fees returned.

Commercial Vendor Applications

Commercial Exhibits & Grove Vendors - Important Information

Plans are underway for the 2025 Cedar County Fair which will start on Wednesday, July 9th and end on Sunday, July 13th. We would like you to consider a vendor space in the Commercial Exhibit Building, or outside in our Grove Area. Submitting this application does not guarantee space is available. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application in a timely manner after the return deadline.
  • Inside booth space is 10’ x 10’ and will include one table and two chairs. (You will need to bring your own accessories such as: additional tables, extension cords, tablecloths, adapters, etc.)
  • Inside, you will be provided with a back drape 8 ft. high and side drapes 3 ft. high.
  • Grove Vendor: you also have a 10’ x 10’ space available, we will provide you one table (You will need to bring your own seating & accessories such as: additional tables, extension cords, table cloths - table coverings are required, adapters, etc.)
  • Booth space fee is $100. Vendors must be present in your booth during hours of operation.
  • On Sunday—booths can be dismantled, and your display area removed of all materials and trash starting at 3:00 pm. Your area must be clean of all debris/trash by 5:00 pm. We ask that you PLEASE use the dumpsters daily, and not the trash cans available to the public. We ask that you break down cardboard boxes before putting them in the dumpsters. Vendors must maintain cleanliness of the booth daily.
  • You will need to provide the fair board with a copy of your liability insurance along with your contract BY April 1, 2025, as well as any special licensing required for your business.
  • You will need to purchase your own tickets for entrance to the fair. These will not be provided as part of this contract. You can order your season passes below online, or pay at the gate.
  • The Cedar County Fair Association and/or Fair Board Directors will not be held responsible for accidents or theft.
  • This application is available to all who show and have shown interest in renting a vendor space. Vendors may be chosen in a lottery format this year, as we have had a tremendous amount of interest from new vendors. After the deadline, all applications will be reviewed for complete information and a lottery drawing will determine the vendors chosen for spaces inside our Commercial Exhibits Building if our interest exceeds our space. If you are willing/able or prefer to maintain an outdoor vendor space in our Grove Area, please let us know that in the space below listed Special Requests.
  • Contracts must be received in the fair office BY April 1, 2025. Incomplete applications will automatically disqualify you and your information and payment for vendor fees will be returned. All qualified applications will be contacted for confirmation. Any application not chosen will have their information and vendor fees returned.
